Don't get caught in a routine that isn't exciting! Learn how to mix up your daily routine
Doing the same thing everday can get boring. Not only that, but it becomes uninspiring and monotonous. What are you aims for this change? For some it might be changing your routine to fit in a run or going to a gym. Make the reasoning behind your desire to change your routuine at the forefront of your new life. For example, if you are planning on making time for going to the gym, try and mix up that routine. Maybe you walk Monday Thursday, and drive Saturday and Sunday! You don't have to change to much to make an interesting change to your routine.
